Rental Policies

Welcome to Island South Rentals! We strive to provide a relaxing and enjoyable stay for all our guests.

Please review the following policies to ensure a smooth experience.

1. Booking & Payment
  • All inquiries must be made via the contact form on our website.
  • A deposit is required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due before check-in.
  • Payments are accepted via Venmo, Zelle or check.
2. Cancellation Policy
  • Cancellations made 30+ days before check-in will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations within 14 days of check-in are non-refundable.
  • In case of severe weather or emergencies, please contact us to discuss alternative options.
3. Check-In & Check-Out
  • Check-in: 3:00 PM
  • Check-out: 11:00 AM
  • Early check-in or late check-out requests must be approved in advance and may incur additional fees.
4. House Rules
  • No smoking inside the condo.
  • No pets allowed unless explicitly approved.
  • No parties or loud gatherings—respect our neighbors and quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM.
  • Guests are responsible for any damages beyond normal wear and tear.
5. Cleaning & Maintenance
  • A cleaning fee applies to each stay to ensure the condo is properly maintained.
  • Please dispose of trash in designated bins and leave dishes clean before departure.
  • If you experience any maintenance issues, notify us immediately.
6. Liability Disclaimer
  • Island South Rentals is not responsible for lost or stolen items during your stay.
  • Guests assume responsibility for personal safety while using the condo and nearby amenities.
  • Any violation of policies may result in early termination of the rental agreement without refund.
7. Guest Responsibility
  • Renters must ensure all windows and doors are locked when leaving the property.
  • Guests must report any lost keys immediately. A replacement fee may apply.

9. Parking & Transportation
  • One parking pass is available on check-in which is valid only for that specific parking spot. Please be sure to return the parking pass when checking-out to avoid a $50 fee.
  • Limited additional visitor parking is available on first come basis.
